Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan), through the Empowerment through Skills Program (ESP), invites proposals from qualified Tanzanian consultancy firms to manage the ESP Graduate Innovation Fund.

The assignment involves grant administration, beneficiary selection, procurement and distribution of start-up equipment, financial management, monitoring and reporting for approximately 360 graduates.

Consultancy budget: Up to TZS 175,000,000
Duration: 12 months
